| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管胃吻合术并发症的预防方法。方法采用颈部食管黏膜和黏膜下层与胃黏膜和黏膜下层、食管肌层与胃浆肌层吻合的食管胃分层吻合术治疗28例食管癌。结果28例食管癌患者手术经过顺利,无吻合口漏,无吻合口狭窄和食管返流。结论食管胃分层吻合法能有效预防吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄及食管返流等并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevent of the complication of esophagogastrostomy. Methods Using the two layer anastomosis of esophageal to stomach which esophagel mucosa with submucous kyer to gastric mucosa with submucous layer and esophageal muscular layer to gastric seromuscular layer at cervical part in 28 patients . Results The 28 patients have not anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis and esophageal reflux. Conclusion The stratification esophagogastrostomy can prevent the anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis and esophageal reflux. |
