| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着中国人口老龄化结构日益明显,老年人高脂血症的发病率有明显上升的趋势,其原因可能与生活水平的提高和饮食结构的改变及种族、家族史有关。目前老年人高脂血症的患病率约30%~50%,血脂升高可引起动脉硬化、高血压、冠心病、脑卒中等疾病。因此,老年人高脂血症的防治受到越来越多的关注。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the aging of China′s population structure is increasingly clear,the elderly the incidence of hyperlipidemia in a significant increase in the trend,the reason may be related to improvement of living standards and dietary changes in the structure and race,family history related.At present the prevalence of hyperlipidemia in the elderly is about 30%～50%,increased blood lipids can cause arteriosclerosis,hypertension,coronary heart disease,stroke and other diseases.Therefore,prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia in the elderly were concerned about in recent years. |
