| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌头碱中毒致心律失常的治疗。方法对鸟头碱中毒致心律失常的52例患者的治疗进行分析，发现对乌头碱中毒所引起的心律失常均应给予阿托品治疗，室性心律失常应首选胺碘酮，对顽固性室性心律失常益采用电复律，对尖端扭转型室速的患者用硫酸镁。结果52例病例应用上述治疗均恢复了窦性心律。结论乌头碱中毒致心律失常得到正确治疗后的疗效是显著而确切的。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia caused by acute aconitine poisoning. Methods We used atropine to treat all the patients. Amiodarone hydrochloride injection was used to treat ventricular arrhythmias caused by acute aconitine poisoning and if it failed, electrical conversion;electroversion was used. We gave hydrous magnesium to torsade de pointes. Results All the 32 patients with arrhythmia recovered their sinus rhythem. Conclusions The proper use of drugs is effective for ventricular arrhythmia. |
