婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后机械通气监护的临床应用研究

摘    要:目的:目前婴幼儿先心病早期手术治疗是发展趋势,总结30例婴幼儿先心病患儿术后机械通气监护经验,研究如何让婴幼儿患者机械通气期间更舒适、并尽快地撤除呼吸机以减少呼吸道并发症.方法:对30例婴幼儿先心病术后患儿机械通气监护方法进行分析总结.结果:机械通气监护时间2h~5d,平均机械通气时间小于4h.并发呼吸机相关性肺炎4例,发生率13%.没有1例死亡.结论:术后机械通气期间通过严密的检测及应用合适的方法可以有效的提高患儿的舒适度、缩短机械通气时间及减少呼吸机相关并发症.

Abstract:Objective : It's tendercy to treat infants with congenital heart disease by surgery.We sum up the experience in mechanical ventilation monitoring in 30 infants with congenital heart disease,inorder to reduce the respairtory complication.Method: We analyzed the datas of mechanical ventilation monitoring in 30 infants with congenital heart disease.Result:The time of mechanical ventilation monitoring was 2 hours to 5 days,mean time for mechanical ventilation monitoring was less than 4 hours.There's 4 cases(13%) complicatedwith ventilator-associated pneumonia;none of them was dead.Conclusion :Mechanical ventilation monitoring can enhance the comfort degree of infants,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation monitoring,reduce the ventilator-associated complication.
