| 摘 要： | 目的:提高丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)检出率和检测结果的准确率。方法:对135655份无偿献血标本采用两种不同试剂厂家,不同操作人员进行抗-HCV抗体的检测。结果:初检万泰试剂检测阳性标本数481例,阳性率为0.36%,复检丽珠试剂检测阳性标本数773例,阳性率为0.57%。结论:采用双试剂检测能提高抗-HCV的检出率和结果的准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To raise the detection rate of the antibody of hepatitis C virus（ anti -HCV） and the accuracy of test results.Methods：Blood donation of 135655 copies specimens using two different reagent manufacturers, different operator for the detection of anti-HCV antibodies.Results：Beginning of the seizure of 481 cases of the Cosmos reagent number of positive samples, the positive rate was 0.36%, recheck Franc reagent number of positive samples of 773 cases, the positive rate was 0.57%. Conclusion：Double-reagents detection can enhance the anti-HCV detection rate and the accuracy of the results. |
