| 摘 要： | 目的：分析非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）所致的老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法：收集本院2005年8月至2008年8月的老年人消化性溃疡出血住院患者的临床资料，根据出血前10d内是否服用过NSAIDs，将其分为两组进行比较分析。结果：NSAIDs组与非NSAIDs组溃疡类型、溃疡数目、临床症状等方面均有显著差异。结论：应加强对老年人使用NSAIDs所致消化性溃疡的临床特点的认识，并采取相应措施，减少NSAIDs的不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate retrospectively the clinical characteristics of peptic ulcer induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） in the aged.Methods：168 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding from August 2005 to August 2008 were divided into 2 groups based on whether they had a recent history of taken NSAIDs.The clinical data were analyzed and compared.Results： There was significant difference between NSAIDs group and no NSAIDs group in types of ulcer, number of ulcer, and clinical symptom. Conclusion：It is important to get insight about the clinical characteristics of peptic ulcer induced by NSAIDs in the aged.Relevant measures should be taken to reduce the adverse effect of NSAIDs. |
