摘    要:近年来,基因治疗取得了令人瞩目的进步,世界顶级权威杂志《Science》评出的2009十大科学突破,其中位列第七的就是基因治疗,这为我们征服肿瘤以及其他遗传性疾病带来了新的希望。本文拟从基因治疗发展历程的角度,以大量例证演绎基因治疗的辉煌与跌宕,归纳肿瘤基因治疗的成就与障碍,展望肿瘤基因治疗的发展和应用前景。

Abstract:Gene therapy acquired a great achievement recently. The world's top magazine, Science, appraised 10 breakthroughs of the Year 2009, in which the seventh was gene therapy. It brings us a rekindled hope for overcoming the genetic diseases including cancer. In this review, we followed the development course of gene therapy, exhibited its resplendence and frustration with a great deal of exemplifications, then concluded the advantages and obstacles of cancer gene therapy. We also figured the potential prospects of gene therapy in cancer treatment.
