南京市城市居民社区卫生服务意愿调查

本文对南京市城市居民进行了有关社区卫生服务意愿的调查,结果仅31.15％的人群愿意接受社区卫生服务,反映人们对其还不太了解。通过对影响社区卫生服务接受意愿的因素进行单因素和多因素分析,患慢性病患者接受社区卫生服务率显著高于无慢性病者。居民未就诊的原因主要是医疗费用过高和交通不便,居民就诊88.24％选择市及市以上医院。因此,为了解决居民有病不看,提高医疗服务利用率,必须加大社区卫生服务的宣传,使人们能方便地享受医疗服务。

The Citizens Willing Investigation for Community Health Care in Nanjing City

The article investigates the citizens willing to develop community healty care in Nanjing city. Among them, there are only 31. 15 percent people to agree joining community health care, this reflects that the community health care hasn' t still been understood by masses. We analyze the influence factors with the aid of statistics and draw a conclusion that there is a height percentage of chronic disease patients among the people who have joined the community health care. The major reason why the citizens don' t seek medical advice is the expense for medical is too expensive as well as there aren t good transport facilities. 88. 24 percent of the citizens who sought medical advice select the doctors in the larger - scale hospital. Therefore, we must strengthen the propaganda of community heallll care and make the citizens obtain the medical care more easily.
