| 摘 要： | 为适应医疗需求的快速增长，提高医院综合服务能力，笔者所在医院近3年来采取“扩容”和“提速”；信息化整体改造；绩效考核及薪酬分配改革；环节细节管理加强；技术创新和人才培养等策略，取得了显著效果，为进一步提高医院综合服务能力提供了保障。
