儿童股骨颈骨折空心钛合金螺钉固定术后的护理

[目的]探讨儿童股骨颈骨折空心钛合金螺钉内固定术后的护理。[方法]对20例儿童股骨颈骨折空心钛合金螺钉内固定术后的患儿进行术前耐心的心理疏导,充分的术前准备,监测生命体征,保持正确的体位,给予肢体和疼痛护理,预防并发症,并进行功能训练和出院指导。[结果]20例患儿手术顺利,术后疗效满意。[结论]实施科学合理的护理方案是保证手术成功的重要保证。

Postoperative nursing care of children with femoral neck fracture after underwent fixation with hollow titanium alloy screws

Objective: To probe into postoperative nursing care of children with femoral neck fracture after underwent internal fixation with hollow titanium alloy screws. Methods: A total of 20 children with femoral neck fracture were given preoperative mental deoppilation, sufficient preoperative preparation, and vital signs monitoring after operation. They were kept right body position, and were given nursing care of limbs and pain after operation. Meanwhile, measures were taken to prevent postoperative complications, and functional training and discharging instruction were carried out for all children with neck fracture after underwent fixation with hollow titanium-alloy screws. Results: All 20 ill children have undergone operation smoothly and postoperative curative effects of them were satisfying. Conclusion: It is important to carry out scientific and reasonable nursing programs to ensure operations success.
