呼吸内镜介入治疗中的医学伦理学问题

呼吸内镜介入治疗作为一项崭新的微创手术技术,已成为治疗呼吸系统良恶性疾病诊治中的重要方法。由于手术风险性高,医生应高度重视手术前、手术中和手术后的医学伦理学问题。本文从医学伦理学的角度出发,探讨开展呼吸内镜介入治疗过程中应遵循的医德原则:医师的高度责任心,严格的医师培训,医师间的相互配合等。呼吸内镜介入治疗中注重医学伦理学的实践有助于提高医疗服务质量,缓解医患矛盾,减少医疗纠纷,真正给予病人人文关怀。

Ethical problems in therapeutic intervention with respiratory endoscopy

As a new minimal invasive technique,therapeutic intervention of respiratory endoscopy has been become an important method for treating nonmalignant and malignant diseases in respiratory system.Due to the high risk of therapeutic intervention of respiratory endoscopy,physicians should pay more attention to the practice of medical ethics before,during and after the procedure.This article is to discuss principles during the course of therapeutic intervention of respiratory endoscopy that should be followed on the view of medical ethics.It includes the physicians' high sense of responsibility,the strict training,the cooperation among physicians and so on.All of these may contribute to improve the quality of medical service,alleviate the contradictions between physicians and patients,reduce medical disputes and offer humane care to patients indeed.
