| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对腺性膀胱炎的临床诊疗水平。方法 通过对经病理证实为腺性膀胱炎的38例患者，采用经尿道汽化电切术后丝裂霉素（MMC）膀胱灌注等治疗。结果 对38例患者随访6-24个月，平均16个月。痊愈34例，好转3例，于6-16个月内复发，1例于术后12个月恶变为膀胱腺癌。结论 经尿道汽化电切术后丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To enhance the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glandular cystitis. [Methods] We treated 38 patients with glandular cystitis which is testified by pathology through vesical perfusion of MMC after the operation of TURV. [Results] We followed up the 38 patients for 6-24 months, and one patients worsed into cystic adenocarcioma. [Conclusions] The effect of MMC perfusion to glandular cystitis after TURV is significant. |
