苓桂术甘汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的　观察苓桂术甘汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法　将12 0例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组常规给予洋地黄及利尿剂治疗 ,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用苓桂术甘汤治疗。观察临床疗效并检测心功能 ,部分患者做心钠素 (ANF)测定。结果　两组的基本治愈率、总有效率分别为 73.33%和 6 0 .0 0 %。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。苓桂术甘汤能改善心功能 ,减缓心衰的病程发展。结论　苓桂术甘汤汤治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效好 ,毒副反应少。其作用机制可能是改善心功能 ,减缓心衰的病程发展

Clinical Study On Treatment Of Congestive Heart Failure with Lingguizhugan Herbal Decoctions

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingguizhugan herbal decoctions to treating congestive heart failure disease, and to explore its mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, patients of the control group received routine treatment (Digitalis and diuretics), the treated group were given Lingguizhugan herbal decoctions beside routine treatment. The cardiac function was evaluated by Doppler echocardiography in all patients and the levels of arrial natriuretic factor (ANF). Results The total effective rate in the treated group were 73.33%; while in the control group were 60.00% respectively. Comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01). Lingguizhugan herbal decoctions can improve cardiac function and resist the development of congestive heart failure. Conclusions Lingguizhugan herbal decoctions is effective in treating congestive heart failure disease with less toxic and side-effect, the mechanism might be to improve cardiac function and resist the development of congestive heart failure.
