| 摘 要： | 目的 观察3种不同血液净化方法对维持性血液透析患者血磷及甲状旁腺素(PTH)的清除效果.方法 将36例维持性血液析透患者分为3组,分别采用血液透析滤过(HDF)、血液灌流 血液透析(HP HD)、血液透析(HD)治疗,连续治疗2个月后观察血磷及PTH的变化.结果 HDF组治疗后血磷降至(2.12±0.56)mmol/L,PTH降至(378±168)pg/ml;HP HD组治疗后血磷降至(1.73±0.65)mmol/L,PTH降至(306±157)pg/ml;HD组治疗后血磷降至(1.82±0.61)mmol/L,PTH降至(516±202)pg/ml;3组治疗后血磷及血PTH水平均明显下降(P＜0.05).此外,HDF组及HP HD组血磷及PTH清除率均明显大于HD组(P＜0.05).结论 HDF及HP HD均能有效清除血磷和PTH,而HD仅能有效清除血磷,不能有效清除PTH.
