| 摘 要： | 对１０例先天性畸形心脏的房室瓣骑跨进行形态分析，其中７例为三尖瓣骑跨，２例为二尖瓣骑跨和１例为两侧室瓣骑跨，９例属完全性骑跨和１例属不完全性骑跨。除去瓣骑跨外，房室瓣还伴有瓣，降落伞形，囊状副瓣，异位乳头肌和异位腱索等畸形。

| Abstract: | This paper was an anatomic study of 10 hearts with straddling A-V valve and/or tension apparatus,7 with straddling tricuspid valve,2 with straddling mitral valve and 1 with straddling of both A-V valves.9 cases were of complete formed straddling and 1 case of incomplete formed straddling.In addition to the overriding and/or straddling,the A-V valves of our cases were complicated with such malformations as the valve cleft,parachute mitral valve,accessory flaplike tissue of A-V valve,malposition of papillary muscle and anomalus chordal fixation. |
