| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自然夜间睡眠脑电图（ＥＥＧ）对癫痫的诊断价值。方法：对２００例临床拟诊为癫痫的患者行白昼常规ＥＥＧ和夜间自然睡眠ＥＥＧ检查。结果：常规ＥＥＧ３６％（７２例）出现痫样放电，而自然夜间睡眠ＥＥＧ７８％（１５６例）出现痫样放电。痫样波检出率与年龄、临床发作类型、睡眠周期有关。结论：自然夜间睡眠ＥＥＧ可显著地提高痫样放电的检出率，对癫痫的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the diagnostic value of spontaneous evening sleep EEG in epilepsy.Methods:The routine EEG and spontaneous evening sleep EEG were recorded in 200 patients with epilepsy.Results:The ruotine EEG showed epileptiform discharges at a rate of 36%(72 cases),however,the epileptiform discharges appeared at a rate of 78%(156 cases)in the spontaneous evening sleep EEG.The detection rate of epileptiform discharges was related to the age ,the clinical patterns and sleep cycle.Conclusion:The spontaneous evening sleep EEG might sinificantly increase the detection rate of the epileptiform discharges,and might be valuable in the dignosis of epilepsy. |
