摘    要:目的:建立同时测定民族药石崖茶中5种黄酮成分含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Chromatorex-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,10μm);流动相0.1%甲酸(A)-甲醇(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长0~15 min,280 nm;检测表儿茶素,15~45 min,262 nm,检测其他4种黄酮类成分,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃。结果:山茶苷A、山茶苷B、芹菜素、槲皮苷、表儿茶素分别在1.21~8.06,0.05~0.34,0.10~0.67,0.016~0.105,0.456~3.04μg呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率99.10%,96.81%,100.22%,96.08%,100.30%,RSD分别为2.1%,2.0%,3.0%,3.9%,4.0%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于石崖茶的质量控制和评价。
