手术前应用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤合并贫血的疗效观察

目的 :探讨米非司酮于手术前治疗子宫肌瘤合并贫血的疗效。方法 :将 34例子宫肌瘤合并贫血 ,拟行全子宫切除术的患者随机分为两组 ,观察组手术前每日口服米非司酮 12 .5 m g,连服 3个月后手术 ,对照组纠正贫血后择期手术 ,详细记录两组术中及术后各项指标并比较。结果 :观察组手术时间短 ,术中出血少 ,无一例输血 ,术后 2 4h血红蛋白及红细胞压积高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ,术后住院日及术后病率均低于对照组 ,但差异无显著性。结论 :术前用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤合并贫血疗效显著 ,值得推广。

The effect of treatment of uterine leiomyoam accompanied with anemia with mifepristone before the operation

Objective:To study the results in treating uterine leiomyoma accompamied with anemia with mifepristone before operation.Methods:34 patients with uterine Leiomyoma accompanied with anemia who would do hysterectomy were divided into two groups.Mifepristione group(19 patients) was treated by mifepristone 12.5mg/day po for three months,and then was operated.Control group (15 patients)was done elective operation after correoting anemia.Results:study group:Operative time was shorter,bleeding infraoperative was less.No patient was transfused blood.Hemoglobin and hematocrit within 24 h postoperative was higher than that of control group.There were signifcant differences between two groups.Days in the hospital and postoperative diseased incidence was less,but there were not significant differences.Conclusion:To treat uterine Leiomyoma accompanued with anemia with mifepristone before operation has better result and is worthing spreading.
