46例过敏性紫癜的内窥镜表现与临床

目的 探讨过敏性紫癜患儿的内窥镜表现与消化道症状之间的关系。方法 本院儿科确诊为过敏性紫癜的患儿，进行内窥镜检查，所见资料结合临床症状分析。结果 内窥镜下均显示食管、胃粘膜及十二指肠球部、降部不同程度充血、水肿，伴有出血。结论 过敏性紫癜患儿内窥镜上消化道粘膜病变表现很明显。且内窥镜检查对于过敏性紫癜的诊治特别是早期诊断有不可忽视的作用。

Clinical analysis of 46 cases of allergic purpura under endoscopic examination

Objective To investigate the relationship between endoscopic findings and gastrointestinal tract symptoms of pediatric allergic purpura cases.Methods The clinical data and endoscopic findings in 46 pediatric cases of purpura were analyzed retrospectively.Results Endoscopy revealed that there were hyperemia, edema, as well as hemorrhage in esophagus, gastric mucosa, duodenal bulb and descending duodenum.Conclusion The pediatric cases of purpura had findings of upper digestive tract mucosa lesions under endoscopy. Endoscopic examination is very important in the diagnosis, especially early diagnosis and treatment of allergic purpura.
