摘    要:目的 :观察金属硫蛋白 (metalloth ionein ,MT)耐药标志物在消化管癌中的表达。方法 :采用SP免疫组化方法 ,检测了173例消化管癌中MT的表达状况。结果 :MT在消化管癌中的总阳性率为 5 9 5 4%( 10 3 / 173 )。在食管鳞癌、胃腺癌和大肠癌中的阳性率分别为 75 0 0 % ( 2 4/ 3 2 )、5 0 65 % ( 3 9/ 77)和 62 5 0 % ( 4 0 / 64 )。MT表达率与癌组织分化程度和有否淋巴结转移有显著相关性 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :MT在消化管癌中有较高表达 ,检测肿瘤中MT对制定化疗方案有指导意义

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of MT-resistance drug product in alimentary canal cancer. METHODS:The MT of 173 cases of alimentary canal cancer was determined with SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:The positive rate of MT was 59.54%(103/173) in alimentary canal cancer.The posivive rates were 75.00%(24/32) and 50.65%(39/77),62.50%(40/64) in esophageal carcinoma,gastral cancer and large intestin cancer,respectively.There was association of MT expression with cancer differentiation degree and lymph nod metastases of the tumors. CONCLUSION:MT expression is quite high in alimentary canal cancer and the MT determined in carcinoma is of significance to direct chemistry scheme.
