| 摘 要： | 目的:观察地黄饮子对老年性痴呆大鼠认知能力和脑内的MAO及AchE的影响。方法:采用大鼠跳台实验观察地黄饮子对老年性痴呆大鼠认知能力的影响;采用比色法检测服用地黄饮子的痴呆大鼠脑内的单胺氧化酶(MAO)及胆碱脂酶(AchE)的含量。结果:地黄饮子可以改善痴呆大鼠的记忆障碍,降低脑内MAO和AchE的含量。结论:地黄饮子具有延缓AD发生的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the change of AD rats model′s cognitive ability created by Di Huang Yin Zi.Methods:We use the experiment of rat diving platform,and adopt colorimetric analysis to examine the content of MAO and AchE in brain of AD rats.Results:DHYZ can improve the AD rat′s memory impediment obviously,reduce the active of MAO and AchE.Conclusion:DHYZ has the ability of putting off the happen of AD. |
