成人腹泻轮状病毒抗体在血清内维持的时间

目的：通过对河南义马地区１９９２年、１９８７年、１９８３年以成人患腹泻为主的病人，恢复１年、６年和１０年后其血清中成人腹泻轮状病毒（ａｄｕｌｔｄｉａｒｒｈｅａｒｏｔａｖｉｒｕｍ，ＡＤＲＶ）抗体测定追踪观察ＡＤＲＶ抗体在人群中的水平和维持时间以及对该病的发病关系。方法：采用特异的ＡＤＲＶ－ＥＬＩＳＡ阻断试验，对所测ＡＤＲＶ抗体阳性者进行抗体水平和维持时间的观察。对其中３０例ＡＤＲＶ抗体阳性者，进行发病情况随访研究。结果：ＡＤＲＶ抗体阳性率２３％在血清中维持时间１１年左右。结论：实验结果表明，ＡＤＲＶ病人恢复１年、６年和１０年后其血清中ＡＤＲＶ抗体阳性率分别为２２．７％（３４／１５０）、３６．３％（２９／８０）、２３．３％（７／３０），维持时间１１年之久。对３０例Ａｎｔｉ－ＡＤＲＶ阳性随访调查，在三次ＡＤＲＶ流行中无一例复发和重染本病

A Study on Adult Diarrhea Rotavirum Virus Antibody Lasting in Serum

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate serum ADRV antibody level and lasting time in patients with ADRV disease history,elucidate relation between antibody level and recurrence.Methods:Serum antibody were assayed 1 th,6 th,10 th year after curing,by using specific ADRV ELISA obstruction test.30 cases with positive antibody had been followed up on recurrence.Results: It is found that serum antibody positive rate,1 th year 22.7% (34/150),6 th year 36.3%(29/80),10 th year 23.3%(7/30) ,positive antibody lassting 11 years.No one relapsed during ADRV prevalent three times.Conclusion: Antibody position rate of ADRV 23% Antibody of the lasting 11 years.
