荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染120例

摘    要:目的 评价泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染治疗前后拷贝数变化的意义。方法 应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应 (FQ -PCR)检测尿中CT及CT -DNA拷贝计数 (拷贝数·ml-1)。结果  12 6例CT阳性患者CT -DNA拷贝计数 4.5× 10 5~ 6 .7× 10 9,平均 5 .2× 10 7。治疗后 86例CT检测转阴 ,临床症状消失 ;40例CT -DNA拷贝数 1.5× 10 5~ 3.5× 10 7,平均1.8× 10 5,症状明显减轻 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 FQ -PCR是检测CT感染的可行方法 ,对临床用药、疗效判断有一定临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical significant of chlamydi trachomatis(CT) detection in patients with genitourinal tract infection before and after tratment.Method The CT-DNA copies in urine were determined by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR).Results The CT-DNA was (4.5×10 5~6.7×10 9)copies·ml -1 ,an average of(5.2×10 7)copies·ml -1 in positive CT patients. After treatment, the conversion of CT-DNA into negative was 86 patients and their symptoms disappeared, and the CT-DNA reduced in remaining 40 patients with an average (1.8×10 5)copies·ml -1 and their symptoms were notable remission(P<0.01).Conclusion The FQ-PCR is a feasible method for CT infection and possesses certain significance for guiding treatment and judging the therapeutic effects.
