医学生实践教学质量监控的实践与思考

实践教学质量的高低是培养合格医学生的关键,本文以健全教学质量监控体系为切入点,阐明了天津医科大学第一临床学院实践教学质量监控的手段以及取得的成效,并对现有监控方法的弊端进行了分析,提出了引入建立教学质量监控新方法、新手段的一些设想,强调在实践中调整监控手段,优化质量管理,努力构建系统的、科学的、有效的教学质量监控体系,从而有力地保证教学质量的稳定和提高。

Study on the Quality of Teaching for Clinical Teaching to Medical Students and Improvement Measure

The quality control of teaching process is the key to train high-qualified medical students. The author analyzes the state of teaching quality monitoring system n the first clinical School of Tianjin Medical University by giving an account of its connotations and current status. The present system＇s defects were analyzed and the proposed establishments of monitoring the quality of teaching＇ s new means were ntroduced. Some of the ideas were stressed in practice to adjust the means to monitor and optimize the quality of management. We strive to build a system, scientific and effective, to monitor the quality of teaching and a powerful mean to guarantee the quality of teaching and to enhance the stability.
