| Abstract: | Conclusion Intravenous magnesium sulfate in dose of 50–100 mg/kg disolved in 30–50 ml normal saline, infused over about 30 minutes is a promising drug for acute severe exacerbations of chilhood asthma, not responding to conventional therapy. |
