摘    要:由于现行高职高专教学模式的简单划一、普教化严重 ,不利于高技能人才的高级性、职业性、技术性、基层性的培养 ,因而笔者用模式的观点 ,构建一种新型的以能力为本位 ,以应用性人才培养为目标 ,引导学习者对具体问题进行思考、探索 ,发现所要掌握的知识与技能 ,调动学生自主学习积极性的探究性教学模式

Abstract:The simplification and generalization of the education in technical colleges are unfavorable for training advanced technicians to be fundamental, professional and technical in their fields. The authors put forward an idea of establishing a new thorough inquiry teaching style aiming at training applied talents on the basis of ability as kernel. According to the style, the teaching is to stimulate the initiative of learners, and to guide the learners to find out the needed knowledge and skills in the way of reflection and exploration as well.
