乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物检测的临床价值

目的：探讨血清CA153、CEA、TSGF联合检测对乳腺癌诊断的意义。方法：采用电化学发光检测CA153、CEA，化学比色法测定TSGF。结果：乳腺癌患者血清CA153、CEA和TSGF水平及阳性率均明显高于正常女性对照组及乳腺良性肿瘤对照组（P〈0．05）；联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论：联合检测血清中的CA153、CEA、TSGF对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。

The clinical value of serum tumor makers in the diagnosis of mastocarcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CA153,CEA and TSGF in the diagnosis of mastocarcinoma.Method Technique of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure serum CA153 and CEA levels,and technique of biochemical colorimetric was used to detect the serum TSGF level.Results The levels and the positive rates of serum CA153,CEA and TSGF in mastocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of normal womem controls and mammary benign tumors patients(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than that of single assay.Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA153,CEA and TSGF levels has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of mastocarcinoma.
