| 摘 要： | 目的对细胞培养腹腔播散和局部埋线诱导的两种卵巢癌造模方法进行比较。方法①将细胞数5×106和5×107的大鼠上皮性卵巢癌细胞株Nutu-19细胞腹腔接种到同种的Fisch-er344大鼠腹中,观察大鼠的诱癌情况;②将含有二甲基苯蒽(DMBA)的棉线局部植入Fischer344大鼠卵巢中造成卵巢癌模型。结果通过两种诱癌方法的比较,局部埋线诱导法能够很准确地造成局部肿瘤模型,具有时间短,操作简单等优点。结论局部埋线诱导法诱导的大鼠卵巢癌动物模型大大地缩短了实验时间,具有较强的特异性。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare two methods of inducing ovarian cancer,between peritoneal dissemination of cell culture and induction of local embedding.Methods （1）Epithelial ovarian cancer cells（NuTu19）were injected peritoneally in rats with different cell numbers of 5×106 and 5×107 and the cancer induction was observed.（2）DMBA cotton thread was embedded into the ovary of Fischer344 rats to induce cancer model.Results In comparison of two inducing methods,it was found that local thread embedding method could induce local tumor model very precisely,advanced as short time,simple operation,etc.Conclusion The local thread embedding method greatly shortens the experimental time in the establishment of ovary cancer model in rats and presents quite strong specificity. |
