加味甘露消毒丹治疗慢性乙型肝炎停药后的远期临床疗效随访

目的观察加味甘露消毒丹治疗慢性乙型肝炎停药后的远期临床疗效。方法采用临床流行病学追踪随访的研究方法,依照纳入标准及排除标准,纳入符合标准病例65例,其中加味甘露消毒丹观察组40例和拉米夫定对照组25例,进行为期一年的随访观察。结果加味甘露消毒丹观察组与拉米夫定对照组患者比较,临床症状及体征远期持久疗效优于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对ALT有持久复常效果、对HBVDNA有持续抑制作用,但与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论加味甘露消毒丹治疗慢性乙型肝炎停药后远期临床疗效确切,能长期有效的维持慢性乙型肝炎患者临床症状及体征的阴性状态,能长期持续有效的抑制HBV DNA的复制,且停药后复发率较低。

Modified Ganlu Sterile for the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B:Its Forward Clinical Effect Follow-up after Withdraw

Objective To observe the forward clinical effect of modified ganlu sterile pill in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B after withdraw.Methods We adopted the studying methods of clinical epidemiological follow-up.According to the including and excluding criteria,65 cases accorded with the criteria.40 cases were in the modified ganlu sterile pill group,and 25 cases in the lamivudine control group,both of which were given one year follow-up observation.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms and long-term efficacy of the patients in the observation group were better.The difference was significant(P<0.05);modified ganlu sterile pill had a persistent rehabilitate effect to ALT,and had a persistent inhibitory effect to HBV DNA,but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05) Conclusion Modified ganlu sterile pill has a significant forward efficacy in the treatment of hepatitis B after withdraw.It can maintain the negative condition of the chronic hepatitis B patients' clinical symptoms and physical sign effectively,and inhibit the replication of HBV DNA persistently and effectively.The recurrent rate is low after withdraw.
