| 摘 要： | 目的探讨茶皂素对高脂血症模型大鼠血液流变学、心肌酶活性的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、高脂血症模型组（以下简称模型组）和茶皂素组。根据实验要求,按标准喂养15周后,测定每组动物个体血液流变及心肌酶的变化。结果与对照组比较,模型组动物血清中胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）升高（P〈0.01）,高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）值明显降低（P〈0.01）,心肌酶大量释放（P〈0.01）,血液流变异常明显改变（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;与模型组比较,茶皂素组动物血清中TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低（P〈0.01）,HDL-C值升高（P〈0.05）,心肌酶的释放受到明显抑制（P〈0.01）,血液黏度、红细胞和血小板聚集能力明显降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论茶皂素具有调节血脂、改善血流状态、保护心肌细胞膜完整性的作用。
