茶皂素对高脂血症模型大鼠血液流变学、心肌酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的探讨茶皂素对高脂血症模型大鼠血液流变学、心肌酶活性的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、高脂血症模型组(以下简称模型组)和茶皂素组。根据实验要求,按标准喂养15周后,测定每组动物个体血液流变及心肌酶的变化。结果与对照组比较,模型组动物血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)升高(P〈0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值明显降低(P〈0.01),心肌酶大量释放(P〈0.01),血液流变异常明显改变(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);与模型组比较,茶皂素组动物血清中TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P〈0.01),HDL-C值升高(P〈0.05),心肌酶的释放受到明显抑制(P〈0.01),血液黏度、红细胞和血小板聚集能力明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论茶皂素具有调节血脂、改善血流状态、保护心肌细胞膜完整性的作用。
