摘    要:标准化病人(standardized patient,简称SP)在国内的应用尚属起步阶段,在儿科临床实践教学中的应用经验更为有限,该文针对目前国内及云南省的实际情况,创新性地提出了模拟标准化病人(Simulated standardized patient,简称SSP)的概念,并因地制宜的制定了SSP在儿科临床实践教学中的教学规程、培训方法、培训步骤、考核监督、持续性管理等3-4的相关内容和要求,并在教学活动中引入这一系列方法,进行儿科临床教学实践和应用。

Abstract:Standardized patient(SP) application is still at early stage in China and very little in pediatric clinical teaching.In context of situation in Yunnan and China,the concept of the simulated standardized patient(SSP) is proposed.Based on SSP,the teaching procedures,methods and step,evaluation monitoring and sustainable management in the pediatric clinical teaching are formulated and practiced.
