护理干预对糖尿病患者负性情绪的影响

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者负性情绪的影响。方法将78例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组40例和对照组38例。对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理,干预组患者在此治疗的同时给予心理干预、认知重建、社会支持和多元化教育。分别于干预前及干预后4周用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者进行评定。结果干预前2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),4周后干预组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预有助于改善糖尿病患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

The influence of nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with diabetes

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with diabetes. Methods Divided 78 patients with diabetes into the intervention group( 40 cases) and the control group( 38 cases). The traditional nursing cares were used in the control group, while the systematic nursing intervention were used in the intervention group. The SAS and the SDS scales were used to evaluate the condition of anxiety and the depression for patients in the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant difference between the two groups on the condition of anxiety and depression. After the nursing intervention, the scores which were obtained from the SAS and SDS in the control group were significant higher than those of in the intervention group, P<0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effective ameliorate the negative emotion of patients with diabetes, and then improve the life of quality of them.
