| 摘 要： | 目的：总结120例甲状腺次全切除术的术中护理体会。方法：对患者加强术前术中的心理护理、术中认真细致地做好围术期护理、严密观察病情变化。结果：所有手术患者手术顺利,安返病房。结论：手术室护理人员术前要了解患者的心理特点,加强术中护理,才能保证手术顺利与安全。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the nursing experience in 120 patients with example thyroid gland inferior total excision operation.Methods：Strengthened psychological nursing,to complete carefully earnestly,peri-operative nursing,strict observation condition change.Results：All of patients were operated smoothly,returned to the hospital ward peacefully.Conclusion：Before the operation,operating room nursing staffs must understand the patient＇s psychological characteristic,strengthens nursing to guarantee the operation smooth and safe. |
