中药抗肝损伤作用实验研究近况

通过对单味中药抗肝损伤、经方抗肝损伤及自拟方抗肝损伤实验研究3个方面文献的搜集、整理、综合分析,提出了应进一步探究更为适合的实验模型,加强实验方法与临床病理的一致性,结合中医辨证施治的精神,研究不同中药对其相应证型的作用和作用机制,同时注重复方、多法的综合治疗的研究,针对不同情况抓住主要矛盾,全面统筹,从而更充分体现中医药抗肝损伤的巨大优势和更为广阔的应用前景。
