| Abstract: | Combing with the practices of certain military hospital,the article introduced the main measures of building health emergency ability in terms of the emergency consciousness,personnel,emergency plan,infrastructure,emergency training,etc.Additionally,the author put forward the train of thought of improving health emergency ability from four combination. |
