摄入高硒饲料对大鼠肝脏的影响

为研究硒对大鼠脂肪代谢和肝脏的影响，采用雄性SD大鼠40只，随机分成两组，分别饲喂猪油或五米油饲料（LM）。10周后再各自分成两组，其中一级加入亚硒酸钠（L-Se，M-Se）。饲喂10周后处死，测血清谷丙转氨酶含量和肝硒含量，并观察肝脏的病理改变。结果显示：L组和M组大鼠的肝细胞损害严重，呈明显的脂肪肝病变；而加硒的L-Se纽和M-Se组的肝硒含量明显高于未加硒组，肝脏的病变显著减轻，仅有少数肝细胞受到脂肪浸润。结果表明，微量元素硒对高服饲料所致的大鼠脂肪肝有防治作用，其机制有待于进一步研究。

The effect of high-selenium-feeds intake on the liver in rats

The effect of Se on the fatty liver indutal by high fat diet in rats wer investigated. 40 male SD rats wer divided into two groups fed on 10% of lard or maize oil for 10 weeks and then each group was divided into two groups respectivdy: lard(L), lard enriched ffe (L-Se), maize oil (M), maize oil enriched Se(M-Se). The rats were killed and the blood and the liver were taken for measuring at the 20th week. The results showed that there were server fatty liver in L and M group and the major patholoyic changes was fat accurnulation in parnchymal cells. The contents of liver S in L-Se and M-Se were significantly higher than L and M group respetively. The damage of liver cels in L-Se and M-Se group were much lighter than the gnups withaut Se. The results suggest that Se had the effect of pro- tecting rat liver from fatty liver induced by high fat diet, which mechasrn retained to study.
