儿童鞭炮所致眼外伤临床调查和治疗体会

目的总结儿童鞭炮所致眼外伤的发病情况，提出治疗和预防儿童鞭炮所敛眼外伤的方法。方法回顾分析1998年1月～2001年12月我科收治的46例儿童鞭炮所致眼外伤的临床分析情况，从年龄、性别、眼别、类型、部位、发病时间分布、后遗症、视力及就诊时间等进行统计分析。结果儿童鞭炮所致眼外伤男性多于女性，以11～14岁儿童发生率最高，右眼比左眼发生率高，节日比平日高。结论对小学高年级和初中生，特别是男生，在节日期间应加强鞭炮所致眼外伤的防治。

Analysis of ocular trauma caused by firecrackers in children

Objective To analysis the ocular trauma caused by firecrackers in children,and investigate it's prevention and treatment method. Methods Clinical analysis of 46 admission cases(56 eyes) of ouclar trauma caused by firecrackers in children was made retrospectively.Statistical analysis included the following factors:age,sex,eye(right/left),the tipe of the ocular trauma,the time distribution of the onset of ocular trauma,its sequela and vision. Results Boys were more than girls,right eyes were more than left eyes,most of them were 11-14 years old and the onset were usually in festival. Conclusion It is important to give preventive education to children.
