单发脑转移瘤的CT和MRI诊断

目的：探讨单发脑转移瘤的CT和MRI诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析37例经手术病理证实或临床综合诊断确诊的单发脑转移瘤的CT和MRI表现。结果：病灶位于幕上31例，分布于皮髓质交界区21例。囊实性22例，实性9例，囊性6例。不规则环形强化13例，结节形强化7例，囊实形强化15例，均匀强化2例。病灶直径〉1．0cm时瘤周水肿常较明显。结论：单发脑转移瘤的CT、MRI表现具有一定的特征，增强扫描对诊断单发脑转移瘤有重要价值。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Singular Brain Metastasis

Objective：To investigate the CT and MRI diagnositic value of singular brain metastases. Methods： To analyze the CT and MRI features of 37 cases of singular brain metastases proved by clinicopathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The lesions of 31 cases were above the tentorium of cerebellum, 21 cases in the junctional zone of derm medullary substance. There were 22 cases of cystic-solid brain metastases, 9 cases of solid brain metastases and 6 cases of cystic brain metastases. The enhancement type could be divided into 4 types： irregular, nodular, nodular cyst ic and regular, which were 13, 7, 15 and 2 cases respectivly. When the diameter of the tumour was bigger than 1.0 cm, the oedema around the tumours was obvious. Conclusion： The singular brain metastases has its special CT and MRI features, and enhanced scan is helpful to diagnosis.
