一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿临床疗效观察

目的:观察一期根治术对肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将近2年内在本医院确诊的肛周脓肿患者共100例作为研究对象,按手术编号分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例患者,治疗组采取一期根治术,对照组则采取切开引流术,术后随访6个月~2年,对比其治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治愈率为(96.0±4.8)%,复发率为(18.9±4.0)%,后遗肛瘘为(4.0±4.5)%;对照组患者治愈率(87.0±3.6)%,复发率为(39.5±5.0)%,遗肛瘘为(60.0±6.3)%。治疗效果有显著差异(P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿临床疗效显著,操作简单,安全可靠,值得基层医院推广使用。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Radical Masectomy on the Treatment for Perianal Abscess

Objective To observe the clinical effect for patients with perianal abscess cured by radical mastectomy. Methods 100 cases with perianal abscess diagnosed in our hospital within two years were studied and divided into two group, the surgical treatment group and the control group, and 50 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated by radical mastectomy, while the control group by incision and drainage. They were followed up by 6 months to 2 years, and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cure rate for treatment group was （96.0± 4.8） %, the recurrence rate was （18.9 ± 4.0） %, the aftermath of anal fistula was （4.0 ± 4.5） %; the cure rate for control group was （87.0± 3.6） %, the recurrence rate was （39.5±5.0） %, leaving anal fistula was （60.0 ± 6.3） %. There were significant differences in clinical treating effect （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The recurrence rate and incidence of sequelae for patients with abscesses anal fistula treated by radical masectomy was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01）, and the surgical operation is simple, safe and reliable, which is worthy of promoted in primary hospitals.
