周惠芳教授以补肾调肝法治疗痛经经验

周惠芳教授临证30余载，根据多年临床经验，辨识病机，审因施治，认为痛经的主要病机是肾阳虚，肝郁血瘀；治疗上强调平时治本，病时标本并举，补肾调肝为基本治则，尤重经前助阳，使肾阳充旺，肝得疏调，瘀血得化，使痛得缓解，在药物治疗的同时注重心理疏导，自拟补肾助阳汤，标本兼治，并把补肾调周法贯穿于随证加减之中，在临床上取得了较好的疗效。
