查阅国内外近5年与骨代谢标志物和类风湿关节炎(RA)相关性文献,从中梳理骨代谢标志物与RA的诊疗及预后的相关性。早期骨代谢标志物敏感性高于放射学检查及一般的生化检查,骨代谢标志物的检测可以发现早期X线尚不能检测出的骨质破坏,这对于RA病人早期诊断及减少致残率都有重要意义。此外,病程发展过程中骨代谢指标与炎症的发展呈正相关,与疾病活动密切相关,医生可以据此对RA病人的治疗方案及时进行调整,进而改善RA病人预后。
