薛生白《湿热病篇》以六经辨析湿热病规律探究

本文围绕薛生白《湿热病篇》湿热病六经证候展开研究。研究显示,从证候规律来认识,“正局”和“变局”是分辨湿热病证候的两大纲领。其中“正局”以湿阻太阴、阳明经证候为中心,在证候上体现出《黄帝内经》三焦的分布特征;“变局”指“正局”之外,湿热邪气淫及他经的证候,包括少阳热郁、厥阴风火、太阳及少阴证候,不具有三焦分布特征。从证候特点来认识,“气钝血滞”贯穿湿热病六经证候始终,是湿热病“正局”“变局”产生的内在病理基础。

Exploration on the Law Damp-heat Disease by Six Meridians Syndrome in Damp-heat Disease Chapter of Xue Shengbai

This paper focuses on the 6 meridians syndrome of damp- heat diseases in Xue Shengbai''s Damp- heat Disease Chapter. The results show that, recognizing from the law of syndromes; "positive situation" and "change situation" are 2 major programs to distinguish damp-heat syndromes. Among them, "positive situation" center in the syndromes of dampness obstructing Taiyin and Yangming meridians, and in the syndrome aspect, embodies the distribution characteristics of the tripe energize in Huangdi Internal Classic". "Change situation" refers to the situation beyond the "positive situation ".The syndromes of damp-heat evil qi invading other meridians, including Shaoyang heatstagnation, Juey in wind- fire, Taiyang and Shaoyin syndromes, do not have the distribution characteristics of tripeenergizer. Recognizing from the characteristics of syndromes, "qi stagnation and blood stasis" runs through the six meridians of damp- heat diseases, which is the internal pathological basis of the "positive situation" and "change situation" of damp-fever.
