集束化护理策略在无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者安全管理中的应用

目的 探讨集束化护理策略在无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者安全管理中的实践及意义。方法 选取2017 年 12月—2018 年12月在上海某三甲医院消化内镜中心实行无痛胃肠镜联合检查的692例患者进行随机分组,对照组328 例行常规护理,观察组364例行集束化护理策略,对禁食、禁水执行标准率、肠道准备质量以及术中不良事件发生率进行对比分析。结果 观察组禁食、禁水执行标准率及术中不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05)。观察组肠道准备情况优于对照组(P ＜ 0.05)。结论 对无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者实行集束化护理策略有助于确保患者安全、提高肠道准备质量、降低不良事件发生率,改善医疗护理服务质量。

Application of cluster nursing strategy in safety management of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy

Objective To explore the practice and significance of cluster nursing strategy in the safety management of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy. Methods 692 patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 328 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and 365 patients in the observation group were treated with cluster nursing strategy. The standard rates of fasting and water prohibition, the quality of intestinal preparation and the incidence of intraoperative adverse events were compared and analyzed. Results The standard rates of fasting and water prohibition and the incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The intestinal preparation in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The cluster nursing strategy for painless gastroscope combined examination is helpful to ensure the safety of patients, improve the quality of intestinal preparation, reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of medical and nursing service.
