| 摘 要： | 为分析老年人群行平板运动实验对提高冠心病诊断的意义,收集45例年龄在70岁以上的老年患者行平板运动的数据,根据冠脉造影结果和病变累及血管数目进行分组。分析各组平板运动实验数据与冠心病诊断的关系。结果显示: 年龄在70岁以上老年人群中,女性人群行平板运动实验的准确度、阳性预测和阴性预测高于男性；冠心病组的心血管危险因素高于无冠心病组；真阳性组心电图ST段压低幅度大于假阳性组；三支血管病变组危险因素最多,目标心率达标率最低,ST段压低幅度最大(P<0.05)。研究提示, 70岁以上老年患者行平板运动实验多个参数可提高冠心病诊断的准确性。
