委中穴的穴性及临床应用

委中穴是足太阳膀胱经的重要穴位,膀胱经的合穴、下合穴。历代医家对该穴都有其独特的理论阐述以及丰富的临床使用经验,是有名的“四总穴”之一,为治疗腰背病症的主穴,除可以治疗本经的常见及多发病症,尚有独特的治疗作用。本文对委中穴的穴性及临床应用现状进行综述。
