摘    要:目的:探究三维运动平台训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者膝过伸步态的影响。方法:选择脑卒中后出现膝反张步态患者 64 例,随机分成观察组和对照组各 32 例,其中对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上进行三维运动平台训练。治疗前后分别采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定(FMA-LE)、膝过伸次数、Gait Watch 三维步态及运动训练系统进行分析。结果:治疗4周后2组下肢FMA评分、最大屈膝角度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组膝过伸次数、与最大伸膝角度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三维运动平台训练能改善脑卒中偏瘫患者膝过伸步态。

Curative effectiveness of three-dimensional exercise platform training in stroke patients with knee hyperextension
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the curative effectiveness of three-dimensional exercise platform training in stroke patients with knee hyperextension. Methods: Sixty-four patients with knee hyperextension after stroke were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group (n=32 cases in each group). Both groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy, and the study group received three-dimensional exercise platform training additionally. The data on FMA, times of knee hyperextension and three dimensional gait analysis system before and after the intervention were collected and analyzed. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the FMA, times of knee hyperextension, maximum range of knee flexion and knee extension were significantly increased in both groups as compared with pretreatment (P<0.05), more significantly in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Three-dimensional exercise platform training can effectively promote the recovery of knee hyperextension in patients with stroke.
