山慈菇抗乳腺癌的作用机制研究进展

在中国乳腺癌已经成为上升幅度最快的恶性肿瘤，占女性死亡率的首位。目前化学药治疗乳腺癌存在不良反应大、耐药、容易侵袭及转移等缺点。山慈菇作为传统的中蒙医常用抗癌药，不仅能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长增殖、诱导凋亡、干扰侵袭及迁移，还能抗血管生成，目前已经广泛应用于临床。将近些年来山慈菇抗乳腺癌的作用机制进行综述，为山慈菇进一步应用于临床提供参考。

Research progress on anti-breast cancer mechanism of Iphigenia indica

Breast cancer has become the fastest growing malignancy in China, accounting for the highest mortality rate among women. At present, western medicine in the treatment of breast cancer has many disadvantages such as high side effects, drug resistance, easy invasion, and metastasis. As a commonly used anticancer drug in traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicine, Iphigenia indica Kunth can not only inhibit the growth and proliferation of cancer cells, induce apoptosis, interfere with invasion and migration, but also resist angiogenesis, which have been used in clinical practice. In this paper, recent studies on anti-breast cancer mechanism of Iphigenia indica are summarized, which can provide reference for further clinical application of Iphigenia indica.
