早期胃癌临床病理特征与淋巴结转移的相关性

目的 探讨早期胃癌临床病理特征与淋巴结转移的关系，为临床选择合理的治疗方案提供依据。方法 选择安徽省肿瘤医院2015年3月至2018年8月行胃癌根治术的113例早期胃癌患者，回顾性分析患者的临床病理资料，分析其临床病理特征与淋巴结转移的关系。结果 113例早期胃癌患者中，淋巴结转移率为7.96%（9/113）。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，患者年龄为淋巴结转移的保护因素，肿瘤浸润深度及神经脉管侵犯为淋巴结转移的独立危险因素。结论 肿瘤浸润深度及脉管神经侵犯与早期胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关。

Clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis of early gastric cancer

Objective To explore the clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis of early gastric cancer,and to provide a basis for clinical selection of reasonable treatment options.Methods The clinicopathological data of 113 cases of early gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastrectomy from March 2015 to August 2018 in Anhui Provincial Tumor Hospital were retrospectively analysed.The relationship between clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis was assessed.Results Among 113 patients with early gastric cancer, the lymph node metastasis rate was 7.96% (9/113). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age of patients was a protective factor for lymph node metastasis, and the depth of tumor invasion and neurovascular invasion were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Depth of tumor invasion and vascular invasion are closely related to lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer.
