浅析《伤寒论》扶正解表之法

张仲景在《内经》"治病必求于本"的治疗思想基础上,加以发挥,认为人体内正气不足乃是疾病发生的内在依据,无论是由于正气不足,感受外邪,或是受到外邪侵袭后,由于失治、误治而致正气亏虚,形成正虚邪恋之证等,均应树立顾护正气为本的观念,并创立扶正解表之法,即根据患者的气血阴阳虚实情况以适当地滋阴、扶阳、益气,调动机体正气以抗邪,对后世医家有着深远的指导意义。

Analysis on the method of Fuzheng Jiebiao in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

ZHANG Zhongjing,on the basis of the treatment thought of "treating diseases must be based on this" in The Internal Classic,holds that the deficiency of healthy qi in the human body is the internal basis for the occurrence of diseases. Whether it is due to the deficiency of healthy qi,the feeling of external evil,or the invasion of external evil,the deficiency of healthy qi caused by the failure of treatment or mistreatment,and the formation of the evidence of the love between the positive and the deficient,should establish the concept of taking care of healthy qi as the basis,and create new ideas. The method of strengthening the body and relieving exterior manifestations,that is,nourishing yin,strengthening yang and benefiting qi appropriately according to the deficiency and excess of yin and yang of qi and blood of patients,and mobilizing the body to fight evil,has far-reaching guiding significance for future generations of physicians.
