| 摘 要： | 伏立康唑的血药浓度易受CYP2C19基因多态性、药物相互作用、病理生理状态等多种因素影响，个体间呈现明显差异。本文结合国内外文献资料对伏立康唑血药浓度的影响因素进行综述，为临床用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | The plasma concentrations of voriconazole can be interacted by many factors, such as genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19, drug-drug interactions, pathological and physiological status and so on, there are obvious differences among individuals. This paper reviewes the influencing factors that effect plasma concentrations of voriconazole, which can be referenced for clinical medication. |
